Author Bio: Mark is the Founder and Managing Director of The Life Practice Group. He has appeared regularly on the radio and TV and is a monthly columnist for the Life Magazine Group. He has also written and produced his own successful range of “Home Hypnotherapy” audiobooks which are available at Waterstones bookshops throughout the UK. Prior to creating the Life Practice Group he worked in the corporate arena of Financial Services for 20 years where he gained extensive experience of managing human behaviour and motivating sales forces, appraising training and counselling staff. He has achieved notable success during his career attaining the role as Head of Channel Islands Banking for Barclays based in Jersey, the Channel islands. With an interest in NLP and Hypnotherapy, Mark qualified as a Master Practictioner and Trainer which opened up a world of new techniques useful for motivating his staff. Whilst in the corporate arena he became aware of a lack of a work/life balance amongst his peers. After setting up a Stress Management Clinic predominantly for executives, the response was overwhelming and it was apparent that he should change career direction and follow a path that he was passionate about. Mark has extensive experience as a Behavioural Change Coach and has helped hundreds of people overcome their personal or professional challenges. His training courses have offered many people to change their lives and careers to a path that it more rewarding and fulfilling. His students include world champion sportsmen, government officials, TV presenters and celebrity musicians. His training style and delivery of the course content is unique and well respected in the personal development industry which makes the courses so unique and inspiring. Mark is now BBC3 Counties regular Life Coach appearing in the expert hot seat once a month. He has also recently taken up the post as vice president for the Brtish Association of Theraputic Hypnosis one of the oldest most well established organisations in the UK.
