As Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo HSBC Trade Bank, Mario Delecce generated a substantial annual net income for the bank by managing a portfolio of 15 corporate clients for more than 3 years. At Wells Fargo, Mr. Mario Delecce underwent a rigorous six-month management-training program in international corporate banking, augmenting his financial skills and taking courses on client relationship management and business development techniques.

In his current role in energy finance, Mario Delecce serves as a Managing Director of Polaris Energy in Milan, Italy, a position he began cultivating in late 2009.Starting in 2001, Mario Delecce began his professional career as the owner of Monterey Bay Silver Company, a retail sales operation. In this capacity, he hired, trained, and coordinated the efforts of a workforce and oversaw its activities on a day-to-day basis.
As a 2005 graduate of the University of San Diego, Mr. Mario Delecce specialized in International Business while obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration.

He also participated in several student exchange programs, including one at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland, and another at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. He then graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan the following year.
While studying for his postgraduate degree, Mr. Mario Delecce participated in another academic exchange program when he studied at the China Europe International Business School in Shanghai. Mario Delecce speaks both Italian and English fluently, and currently, he holds licenses to sell and market life and health insurance as well as real estate.
