The Alienware notebooks have always been known for their high performance and world class hardware. Dell has introduced a new laptop, which focuses at fanatical gamers who do not compromise on hardware features.

The new M18x laptop has a18.4-inch screen with resolution 1920x1080 and technology WLED TrueLife. Buyers have two options for graphics: either two Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M / SLI, or two AMD Radeon HD 6970M / CrossFire.

As for the battery, Alienware comes with a 12-cell for increased autonomy. The M18x is based on the platform Huron River (the portable version of Sandy Bridge).

Dell acquired Alienware in 2006. Allienware retains autonomy over what to do with the design of computers. In 2008, Dell downgraded the marketing for its own line of computers XPS, giving more space to Alienware products.

If you would like to see more Alienware and Dell products, visit the laptops page on the official Dell website.
