With healers and buffers your main priority is to keep yours alive while killing the enemies. This is much easier said than done, however.

One of the biggest issues seen so far is people get mad at their healers for not doing a good job. But the truth is the interrupts can, and sometimes do, make it impossible to heal group members. Tack that on with the fact that the good heals take time to cast (2 seconds or so) and you come into a very rough situation.

Your main goal with your healers should be to protect them at all costs. Even if you are being attacked already, go save your healer! If they are dead, it is impossible for them to heal you.

If you happen to be the healer, do not take it personal when people get mad that you are "horrible" at healing. Most just do not understand how healing in Aion works. It is not a straight "click to heal" thing, and there are many times you will not be able to heal at all. Your goal as a healer should be to save yourself, and then your allies. If you die, again, you are unable to heal anyone, so your life is the most important.

Dealing with enemy healers can be a little hard because they have many skills to protect themselves, including skills that have the chance of stunning! If your enemies are disorganized, consider going for their weakest armored classes first (such as Spiritmaster or Sorceror). Doing so may cause their healer to start spamming heals on that player and then you have your chance to slay the healer.

If you are up against a very organized group, you will want to focus directly on their healer, ignoring everyone else. Attacking a tank while they are being healed, for example, is a sure-fire way to get your team killed in the battle.
